Log message:
	* config/dfp-bit.h: Include "tconfig.h", "coretypes.h", "tm.h".
	(LIBGCC2_FLOAT_WORDS_BIG_ENDIAN): Define, if not already.
	* config/dfp-bit.c: Don't include the aforementioned headers.
	(LIBGCC_FLOAT_WORDS_BIG_ENDIAN): Remove.
