	* config/alpha/alpha.c (alpha_emit_conditional_branch): Move
	TFmode code swapping ...
	(alpha_emit_xfloating_compare): ... here.
	(alpha_emit_setcc): Update to match.
	(alpha_lookup_xfloating_lib_func): Assert TARGET_HAS_XFLOATING_LIBS.
