Log message:
	* config/sh/sh.c: Declare the prototype of sh_adjust_unroll_max
	only when TARGET_ADJUST_UNROLL_MAX is defined.
	(general_movsrc_operand): Use the C style comment.
	(ua_offset): Use prototype.
