	* config/arm/arm.h (ARM_EMIT_TRAMPOLINE_CACHE_CLEAR): Define.
	(INITIALIZE_TRAMPOLINE): Use it.
	* config/arm/linux-gas.h (INITIALIZE_TRAMPOLINE): Remove.
	* config/arm/netbsd.h (INITIALIZE_TRAMPOLINE): Remove.
	* config/arm/netbsd-elf.h (INITIALIZE_TRAMPOLINE): Remove.
