	* classobj.cc (create_one_method_record): Correctly compute
	"index" field.
	* abi.cc (get_vtable_index): New method.
	* abi.hh (gcj_abi::get_vtable_index): New method.
	(cxx_abi::get_vtable_index): Declare.
	(bc_abi::get_vtable_index): New method.
