	gcc/cp/ChangeLog:
	* name-lookup.c (push_overloaded_decl): Don't error if the new
	decl matches the old one.
	* decl.c (redeclaration_error_message): Likewise.
	gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
	* g++.dg/overload/using2.C: New.
