	(clear_counters): Inline.

	* testsuite/performance/20_util/allocator/map_thread.cc: Return.
	* testsuite/performance/20_util/allocator/insert.cc: Remove bogus
	return, add return.
	* testsuite/performance/20_util/allocator/map_thread.cc: Same.
