	PR libgfortran/17748
	* runtime/environ.c: Remove references to environ.
	Update copyright years.
	(show_variables): remove GFORTRAN_UNBUFFERED_* and
	GFORTRAN_NAME_* because they require environ.
	(pattern_scan): Remove function.
