	* treelang.texi: Remove extra contribution notice.
	Split up some run-on sentences.  Document function parameters
	as optional.  Indicate automatic variables can now be at any scope.
	Mention literals are only signed if they are preceded by a unary
	plus or minus.  Clarify interoperability with C.
