Log message:
	* gcc.dg/dfp/overflow-warn.c: Block out these tests for now.
	* gcc.dg/dfp/rounding.c: Correct some tests.
	* gcc.dg/dfp/struct-init.c: Block out some incorrect tests.
	* gcc.dg/dfp/nan-3.c: Use proper NaN expresssions in the test, not
	ones that equate to infinity.
