Log message:
	* config/dfp-bit.h (BFP_VIA_TYPE): Define for BFP_KIND XFmode.
	(SFtype, DFtype, XFtype): Declare these typedefs unconditionally.
	* config/dfp-bit.c (BFP_TO_DFP): Cast input value to BFP_VIA_TYPE,
	if defined.
