	* include/bits/locale_facets.tcc (money_get<>::_M_extract):
	Reorganize a bit the main parsing loop, thus early detecting
	an empty value component.
	* testsuite/22_locale/money_get/get/char/16.cc: New.
	* testsuite/22_locale/money_get/get/wchar_t/16.cc: New.
