	* config/rs6000/t-linuxbi: Rename from t-linux64.
	(SHLIB_MKMAP_OPTS): Remove.
	(CRTSTUFF_T_CFLAGS_S): Define.
	* config/rs6000/t-linux64: Revert to previous non-biarch version.
	(CRTSTUFF_T_CFLAGS_S, TARGET_LIBGCC2_CFLAGS): We do want -fPIC.
	(SHLIB_MKMAP_OPTS): Remove.
	* config.gcc: Adjust for above.  Allow non-biarch ppc64 build.
	* config/rs6000/linux64.h (TARGET_RELOCATABLE): Don't define.
