Log message:
	* s-intman-vxworks.adb (Notify_Exception): removed useless check for
	current task being suspended.
	
	* init.c (__gnat_clear_exception): added to reset VxWorks exception
	count.
	(__gnat_map_signal): removed test for current task being suspended.
