	* config/abi/arm-linux-gnu/baseline_symbols.txt: New.
	* config/abi/mips-linux-gnu/baseline_symbols.txt: Update to 3.4.0.
	* configure.host: Set abi_baseline_pair for arm*-*-linux* and
	mips*-*-linux*.
