	PR middle-end/16790
	Backport from mainline.
	* fold-const.c (expand_muldiv_1) <NOP_EXPR>: Disallow local
	truncations, not just global truncations.
	
	* gcc.c-torture/execute/pr16790-1.c: New test case.
