Log message:
	* Makefile.tmp (HOST_GMPLIBS, HOST_GMPINC): New variables.
	(EXTRA_HOST_FLAGS): Pass them.
	* configure.in: Add check for GMP.  Disable languages if not found.
	* Makefile.in, configure: Regenrate.
	* gcc/Makefile.in (GMPLIBS, GMPINC): Don't set.
	* gcc/configure.ac: Remove checks for GMP.
	* gcc/configure: Regenerate.
