	Avoid unnecessarily calling __builtin_alloca and dealing
	explicitly with width() smaller than zero.

	const _CharT*), operator<<(basic_ostream<_CharT, _Traits>&,
	const char*), operator<<(basic_ostream<char, _Traits>&,
	const char*), operator<<(basic_ostream, const basic_string&)):
	Likewise.
