	Merge from HEAD at ra-merge-20031009.
	
	* ra.c (reg_alloc): Comment call to remove_suspicious_death_notes().
	
	* ra-rewrite.c (init_split_costs): Set impossible=1 for webs
	referenced in the last insn of a bb which has an unsplittable edge.
