	* configure.in: Test for PowerPC mfcr field support in assembler.
	* config.in, configure: Regenderated.
	
	* config/rs6000/power4.md: Add mfcrf reservation.
	* config/rs6000/rs6000-protos.h (mfcr_operation): Declare.
	* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (mfcr_operation): Define.
	(print_operand): Add 'Q' case for mfcrf.
	* config/rs6000/rs6000.h (TARGET_MFCRF): New.
	* config/rs6000/rs6000.md (attribute "type"): Add mfcrf.
	(movcc_internal1): Emit optional field operand for mfcr and set
	"type" attribute appropriately.
	(mfcr SCC): Likewise.
	(movesi_from_cr_one): New.
