Log message:
	* libtool.m4 (LD): Append -melf* option to LD on IRIX with GNU ld.
	* ltconfig: Handle it.
	* ltcf-cxx.sh: Use with_gnu_ld passed as a shell variable instead of
	auto-detecting it.
