	* Makefile.in (INSTALL_HEADERS): Add 'install-mkheaders'.
	(mkheaders): New rule.
	(install-mkheaders): New rule.
	* configure.in (all_outputs): Add mkheaders.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* mkheaders.in: New file.
