	* athlon.md: Reorganize to match reality better.
	* i386.md  (ix86_issue_rate): Set to 6 for Athlon and K8.
	(ix86_sched_init): Issue the initialization insn.
	(ia32_multipass_dfa_lookahead): Set to 6 for athlon/k8.
	* i386.md (type attribute): add ssecomi and initpipe
	(initpipe): New insn.
	(comi patterns): Update type.
