	* tree-ssa-pre.c (okay_injuring_def): inj could be null.
	(get_operand):  Use instead of special casing INDIRECT_REF and
	COMPONENT_REF everywhere.
	(names_match_p): Fix.
	(defs_match_p): Ignore partial uses.
	(rename_2): Fix non-matching condition.
	(update_old_new): Update the kills and lefts arrays.
	(finalize_1): Set the bb for the new statement.
	(update_ssa_for_new_use): Ditto.
	(code_motion): Ditto.
	(call_modifies_slot): Handle function pointers (where we end up
	with a _DECL as our argument).
	(pre_part_1_trav): Update the kills and lefts arrays.
	Just use TREE_TYPE (ei->expr) for type of expression.
	(add_left_occ): New helper function.
	(process_left_occs_and_kills): Add other cases we need to handle.
	(tree_perform_ssapre): Add new processed array, since for left
	occurrences and kills, we need to process *all* statements, not
	just ones we might consider candiates for PRE.
