	* dwarf2out.c (PTR_SIZE, default_eh_frame_section): Move outside
	of macro guards. Fix #endif comment.
	
	* output.h (default_exception_section, default_eh_frame_section):
	Move prototypes outside of macro guard.
	
	* crtstuff.c: Fix #endif comment.
