Log message:
	* alpha.c (current_file_function_operand): Don't fail for profiling.
	(direct_call_operand): New.
	* alpha-protos.h: Declare it.
	* alpha.h (EXTRA_CONSTRAINT): Use it.
	(PREDICATE_CODES): Add it.
	(ASM_OUTPUT_MI_THUNK): Remove.
	* alpha32.h (ASM_OUTPUT_MI_THUNK): Remove.
	* alpha.md (sibcall_osf_1, sibcall_value_osf_1): Add 's' alternative.
