	* ltcf-c.sh: Clear ac_cv_prog_cc_pic for DJGPP.  Do not add
	'-DPIC' to ac_cv_prog_cc_pic for DJGPP.
	* ltcf-cxx.sh: Likewise.
	* ltcf-gcj.sh: Likewise.
