Log message:
	* doc/install.texi (Specific, alpha*-*-*): Fixed Tru64 UNIX
	etc. spelling.
	(Specific, alpha-*-osf1): Renamed to alpha*-*-osf*.
	Added Tru64 UNIX V5.1 bootstrap hints.
	(Specific, alpha*-*-osf*): Removed old section, obsolete.
