Log message:
	* doc/c-tree.texi, doc/contrib.texi, doc/extend.texi,
	doc/gcc.texi, doc/gcov.texi, doc/install-old.texi,
	doc/invoke.texi, doc/md.texi, doc/rtl.texi, doc/tm.texi: Use more
	logical markup.  Use TeX quotes and dashes.  Use @dots{} and
	@minus{}.  Avoid spaces inside @var.  Update last modification
	date in gcc.texi.
	* doc/gcc.1, doc/gcov.1: Regenerate.
