Log message:
	* config/m68hc11/m68hc11.c: Remove ifdef'ed gcc-2.95 code.
	(m68hc11_reorg): Remove the gcc-2.95 compatible code.
	(m68hc11_split_all_insns): Likewise, delete.
	* config/m68hc11/m68hc11.h: Remove ifdef'ed gcc-2.95 code.
	* config/m68hc11/m68hc11-protos.h: Likewise.
