	* cp/lang-specs.h:  Move -D_GNU_SOURCE to config/linux.h.
	* config/linux.h (CPLUSPLUS_CPP_SPEC):  Move -D_GNU_SOURCE to here.
	* config/pa/pa-linux.h:  Allow CPLUSPLUS_CPP_SPEC to remain.
