	libstdc++/3017
	* include/bits/locale_facets.h (ctype<_CharT>): Add definitions
	for generic ctype virtuals.
	* src/locale.cc: Minor tweaks, naming consistency.
	* testsuite/22_locale/ctype.cc: Add test.
