Log message:
	* ltcf-c.sh: Don't disable shared libraries for AIX5/IA64.  Preserve
	default settings if using GNU tools with that configuration.
	* ltcf-cxx.sh: Ditto.
	* ltcf-gcj.sh: Ditto.
