Log message:
	* typeck.c (check_return_expr): Check DECL_ALIGN instead of
	DECL_USER_ALIGN.  Check flag_elide_constructors instead of
	optimize.
	* semantics.c (cp_expand_stmt): Don't destroy the named return value.
