Log message:
	* doc/include: New directory.
	* doc/fdl.texi: Move to doc/include/fdl.texi.
	* doc/texinfo.tex: Move to doc/include/texinfo.tex.
	* doc/include/funding.texi, doc/include/gpl.texi: New files.
	* doc/gcc.texi: Use funding.texi and gpl.texi.
	* Makefile.in ($(docdir)/cpp.info, $(docdir)/gcc.info,
	$(docdir)/cppinternals.info, cpp.dvi. gcc.dvi. cppinternals.dvi):
	Update dependencies and use -I $(docdir)/include.
	
	f:
	* g77.texi: Use gpl.texi and funding.texi.  Remove Look and Feel
	section.  Add Funding Free Software to invariant sections.
	* Make-lang.in ($(srcdir)/f/g77.info, f/g77.dvi): Update
	dependencies and use doc/include in search path.
	
	java:
	* gcj.texi: Use gpl.texi.
	* Make-lang.in ($(srcdir)/java/gcj.info, java/gcj.dvi): Update
	dependencies and use doc/include in search path.
