	* pt.c (maybe_adjust_types_for_deduction, DEDUCE_ORDER case):
	Remove spurious information in comment. Allow further
	adjustments of REFERENCE_TYPE args.

	* g++.old-deja/g++.pt/spec40.C: New test.
