Log message:
	* config/os/hpux/bits/os_defines.h: Include <sys/_inttypes.h.
	Define strtoll and strtoull.  Provide prototypes for
	__strtoll and __strtoull.  Define _GLIBCPP_USE_LONG_LONG
	unconditionally.
