	* elfos.h (_USING_ELFOS_H): Rename to USING_ELFOS_H, to match mainline.
	* rs6000/rs6000.c (_USING_ELFOS_H): Likewise.
	
	Approved by:  obviously correct rule (Geoff Keating did not like the
	leading _ when this was committed to mainline)
