	* include/c_std/bits/wrap_langinfo.h: New file.
	* include/c_std/langinfo.h: New file.
	* include/bits/codecvt.h (__enc_trants::__enc_traits()): Bring in
	CODESET from _C_legacy::CODESET if using shadow headers.
