	epilogue_deallocate_stack.
	
	* config/ia64/ia64.c (ia64_print_operand) [case D]: Emit
	completers for UNORDERED and ORDERED as well.
	* config/ia64/ia64.md (bunordered, bordered): New.
	(sunordered, sordered): New.
