	* c-decl.c (duplicate_decls, define_label): Restrict -Wtraditional
	warnings to user code.
	
	* c-lex.c (readescape, yylex): Likewise.
	
	* c-typeck.c (store_init_value, process_init_element): Likewise
	(c_expand_start_case): Format.
