Log message:
	* config/sh/elf.h: Do not include sh/sh.h.
	* config/sh/rtems.h: Likewise.
	* config/sh/rtemself.h: Do not include sh/elf.h.
	* configure.in: Get them included with `tm_file's.
	* configure: Rebuilt.
