Log message:
	* rtti.c (build_dynamic_cast_1): Set "C" linkage for new abi
	runtime.
	* cp/tinfo.cc (__dynamic_cast): Likewise.
	* cp/inc/cxxabi.h (__dynamic_cast): Likewise.
