Log message:
	Replace string const "<internal>" with dynamic allocation.
	* lex.c (internal_filename): New variable.
	(INTERNAL_FILENAME): New macro.
	(init_parse): Allocate internal_filename and mark as root.  Use it
	instead of a string constant.
