	* decl.c (compute_array_index_type): New function, split out from
	grokdeclarator.
	(create_array_type_for_decl): Likewise.
	(grokdeclarator): Use them.
	
	* semantics.c (expand_stmt): Don't suspend_momentary or
	resume_momentary.
