Log message:
	* fixinc/inclhack.def(sun_auth_proto): We do not know how to
	test for the presence of valid prototypes.  Delete bypass expr.
	(ioctl_fix_ctrl): Correct the selection expression.
	Bring over from the mainline tree.  Resync.
