Another issue, even in the client where it works, is not having the context
quoted.

This indeed solves that problem of not having the context, but requires some
more work, and I'll likely want to keep a copy in my maildir, so I'll have to
remember and bounce that message to myself. It's doable, but uncomfortable.

Ok; thanks! In my case, I'm always interested in being CCd in patches for bugs
I'm CCd (even if the bug is 5 or 10 years old), FYI.
