tests fail on powerpc64 BE target.

In particular the expected results for vec_replace_unaligned, are different for
BE target. Based on the documentation of this intrinsic in gcc,

"The programmer is responsible for understanding the endianness issues involved
with the first argument and the result."

Therefore, we need to update the tests with different expected results for BE
target.
