What we voted on was 'Decision Poll: Do we want to adopt the "Main" proposal
from N3722 with editorial fixes into C2y?' and 'Decision Poll: Do we want to
adopt the "Immediate Constant" proposal from N3722 as is into C2y?'. Not
anything about interpretation of previous wording.
