OpenBSD update: cfarm220 (OpenBSD 7.8, amd64) cannot complete a GCC
bootstrap build - the system clang crashes on gimple-match compilation
(unrelated to this patch).  However, pthread_mutexattr_setpshared is
confirmed absent on both OpenBSD amd64 and aarch64, so the configure
check will correctly disable shmem CAF there as well.
